Púca festival Oíche Shámhna Experience at the Hot Box Sauna

27th-31st October

Mill house, Ballina, Navan, Co. Meath

Come and celebrate Failte Ireland’s Púca festival at the beautiful Bective Mill House.

Our Experience is designed to help you bid farewell to summer and embrace the cold of winter in a beautiful location beside the powerful River Boyne.

Begin with a few minutes of Irish folklore about Samhain in the geometric dome overlooking the river.

Followed by 45 minutes of guided breathwork moving into a sound bath in the wonderful acoustics of the geodome, aimed at letting go of the light of summer and moving into the dark of the winter.

Lastly, a 30 minute session at The Hot Box Sauna where you will contrast the 85 degree heat of the wood-fired sauna with a chilling dip in the Boyne. You find a magic middle ground between the heat and the cold where you experience a clearness of head you may have never felt before. This gorgeous setting allows you to embrace your connection to the Irish landscape.

Embrace the dark and let go of the light.

Session is 90 minutes long. The group will be a maximum of 25 per session.
