Terms & Conditions – Púca Competition

1. The promoter is Fáilte Ireland whose principal office is at 88-95 Amiens Street, North Dock, Dublin, D01 WR86.
2. The competition is open people worldwide aged 18 years or over except employees of Fáilte Ireland and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Details of how to enter are via http://www.pucafestival.com. The competition is being run on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter which are the routes to entry.
6. Multiple entries from the same person are permitted.
7. Closing date for entry will be 6pm (GMT) on 1 November. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. Entrants should submit a photo, gif or short film of their Halloween costume/mask using the hashtag – #pucacompetition
10. Entrants consent to the disclosure of their name as a winner (if successful). The winners may be required to take part in publicity. By accepting the prize, the winners grant, and Fáilte Ireland reserves, the right to use information relating to a winner, including their name and the contents of their submission, in any publicity in any media relating to the Púca Festival until 5 November 2021. The Winner will be contacted through our Facebook page, Instagram account or Twitter account to organise delivery of the prize. The winner’s first name, surname, email, postal address and Eircode will be retained until the winner has received their prize. This will not be longer than 31 October 2021, so they receive their VIP Festival Pass. If you are not the winner then Fáilte Ireland will not hold or use the imagery.
11. You must have all necessary consents from any identifiable individuals who appear in your entry and who must also be aged 18 or over. Winning entrants will be expected to provide evidence of consent to the use of the image as detailed in section 10 of these T&Cs.
12. The prize is as follows:
    Prize 1: VIP Festival pass for Púca 2021 and a bottle of the fabulous Slane Irish Whiskey from the local Slane Castle distillery.
    Prize 2: VIP Festival pass for Púca 2021 and a mixed case of local brewery Bru Beer’s finest cans of ale.
    Prize 3: All the Music. Tickets to all things music at Púca 2021.
13. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded as proof of age.
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Travel to Púca Festival and accommodation are not included. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
15. The entrant must be following Púca Festival on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram in order to win.
16. Winners will be chosen by the Púca Festival team.
17. The winner will be notified by DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
18. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
19. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic or epidemic, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
23. Any personal data relating to the winners will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
24. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
